When an engineer enters a private activity on his mobile and marks is as DONE when he finished the job, the activity stays in the worklist.
Can it be removed after finishing and send to history (as is like for the service orders )? In DC it ends up in the Completed Queue
Anyway, it should not stay in the worklist.

Have you tried disabling fulfilled activities in service order in Time Sheet Options
I don’t believe it will be removed from the Dispatch Console until it is outside the Load Period definition.
In regards to the private activities themselves in the mobile worklist, there is this option:
Perhaps this will work for you?
Otherwise, use this option:
If the default value of 7 is there, these are retained for 7 days…
In addition, the user can delete the private activity if this is configured:
Your current setting is 2 which means only show & delete the Open Private Activities….
However setting MOE -7000 to 0 days will remove the private activity from the mobile edge client work list once it is set to done by the mobile field engineer (just tested this).
