Some users are having problems opening documents, and attachments. When they click on the document nothing opens.

When using the web-based version of Alliance, you must disable any pop-up or ad blockers in your browser. One tip for administrators: Add an exception for Alliance in the "Pop-Up Allow" list in your global Group Policy settings. This will add the exceptions to all users in your domain.
