Hello,

For one user, the PM Batch Scheduler returns error as soon as the search button is clicked.

Having a look on the event viewer, I noticed that the SQL query has an error ( highlighted in yellow)

When I run the exact same action, my query is the same except instead of this wrong line, I have :

“AND (pm_sched_dates.cconth_id is null) And” which is a dupplicate of the next line. And It works.

I can’t see anything in the user’s profil which can explain that.

Can you help please ?

Hi Laurence,

This only affects one user?  Have you tried clearing or resetting the view within the PM Batch Scheduler module or clearing the user ‘s browser cache?

Are they using the Astea Browser or more preferably a web browser to access the Employee Portal?

It appears the user has something in their criteria filter that is causing this from your description.  If it still persists, please log a support case to have this reviewed further along with screen shot of all criteria used.

HI Phil,

Thank you.

Employee Portal is used from a web browser.

Yes we’ve tried clearing the browser cache, and asked the user to access the Employee portal on somebody else’s computer. Nothing changes.

We’ve also tried to clear criteria filters before hitting the search button.

I wonder how logging a support ticket would help if I can’t reproduce this issue. Only one user is concerned.

Any other tips ?

Hi Phil,

Just to let youknow that we’ve finally fix the issue by resetting the “Last view” . Thank you for your help

You are welcome, Laurence.  Glad that advice worked out for you.
