We have an “old” Process Flow starting this way :
It has been working properly for years now, but since 2 days, it started running for every status change, even when Status doesn’t match the condition. We can’t find any reason for that.
Did you already encountered this error ? How can we fix that ?

I have only seen it the other way around, it did not execute if it was true. That was fixed by adding a new column in the UIM (cc_order_stat_4_event_broker) for the event broker but based on your description this is not what you are seeking.
I think you should log a case with Support as I know there were changes made in the upcoming SU12 adding this new column. I also would review whatever conditions you added to see if they are set up properly.
