For a customer, we have made some “improvments”, and one of those is to be able to have more than one e-mail adress in the service order. This field is part of the service order report. But from SU7, when more than one adress exists in this field, the PDF report fails. File is create with size 0k. Has anything changed ? Customer says that it was OK in SU4.

Are there any errors captured in the Event Viewer Log files? (that may help to pinpoint the cause of the issue)
Does the error only happen when the report is called via the Macro from the Mobile Edge application?
Or can you replicate it by e-mailing the report directly from the Service Order module in the Alliance application?
