Organization view Customer Support

We have several organization views and users make their personal views. But in Customer Support, when you select a view and open an order, on return to the queue from the order (search) we end in the queue not in the last view but always in the first view: OPEN calls BE HD.

In Servie Order the funtionally works correct, you end back in the queue in the latest view.

How impliment the same in Customer Support ?

Hi Piet,

This is an issue, it should not be doing this. I have confirmed this is not working in v15.3 HF3 but is working in v15.4.

Please log a ticket and I will send this to R&D.
