We are asked by customer how to navigate from one transaction to previous screen related to this service order (or whatever transaction it is).
Htey use the browser arrow to go back to previous screen, but sometimes are back to the login page.
What would be your recommandation ?

I think you mean they want to jump back to a previous page used within the document itself, e.g. they were looking at the Main - Service Info page and then went to the Advanced - Call Routing page and now just want to jump back to the Service Info page. Basically maintaining a history of the viewed pages to scroll forward and back.
There is not a button to say scroll through the history of pages viewed within the document. The only way to get back to the previous page within the document is to click the menu option for it on the left Menu.
