Is there any IFS recommendations for that ?

I understand from one of our most senior IT persons they tried migrating a database a long time ago and had issues. Primary response resolving them was difficult as sourcing good tools to assist troubleshooting, etc. was very difficult. This was years ago so can’t say there has been any change, etc.
For support, I do not know what the overall intention is behind your question (for example running Astea Alliance on the AWS platform too or not). The process for support would be 100% your responsibility as will the support of the DB and platform. The only thing IFS could possibly support would be the interaction between the application and database (e.g. queries)

After checking internally with technical resources, we do not have any experience or guidance at hand for deploying to an AWS environment for version 15.4.
