My team would like to know if it is possbile to flag an order automatically for Audit based on Problem Code (or other criteria) (it’s called Revision in Danish):

No, we do not have an option to set this flag based solely on the problem code.  There is an option to set the value for completed orders but this is not based on problem codes.

4 = Audit Queue

 

You could consider using a process flow to look for the conditions and then set this flag in the backend but this is not from mobile itself.
