Mobile edge : to prevent component deletion

Hi,

In a SV, at the installed item level, a MOE allows you to no longer authorize the deletion of the equipment, so the "trash" icon disappears from this screen, which is desired in the use case
 

But, from this screen if we click on the components icon, then at the components screen, you have the trash icon and you can therefore remove a component. I couldn't find any MOE.

There is an MOE to prevent the Tech to modify the data component’s,  but he can still delete it.
 

Do we have another MOE to avoid the deletion ? 
Or a way by customisation to remove the “trash”icon  ?
