Hi Kevin,
Try changing the values in the MOE -10224 setting for your mobile technician:
Log out of Mobile and log back in again afterwards to trigger the download of the updated MOE setting to the mobile device, that should do the trick.

Awesome, thanks Reid, exactly what I was looking for! Do you happen to know if all order fields are available to be used? (including cst_ fields) Or do we need to stick to the base/default fields?
EDIT: Dumb question. Just read the description of the MOE and now see the list of available fields.
+15I think it’s hardcoded to the values in the Available Columns list in the documentation, but I’ve never tried adding a cst_ field so give it a quick test and if it doesn’t work we can log a RFE ticket and run it by the development team.
