Hi - where is this set in v15?

We have this working now apparently by restarting the Astea Cache on the mobile server and IISRESET on both the APP and Mobile servers.

While watching, we could see counts changing on the schedule board which means the DC is now updating after the resets.

Hi

Do you mean alert refresh time?

No, I think he means how quickly the main data in the schedule is updated for the client when they assign an order to an agent, etc.

Bjørn, there is a not a setting which determines a refresh rate timing to get the latest status for the activities shown in the Dispatch Console.  This is pushed to the client and should only take a few seconds generally.

Hi Phil

You are right - that is what I mean. It is set to True, but it does not seem that the sessions update

@bskallerud so is your Live Updates Icon appearing Green (Connected) or Red (Disconnected)?

The Console is connected. I open up, wait 20 minutes - no change. Reopen DC again, and there is change to the data:

12:20:

12:4 - data has not refreshed:

Reload DC 12:42:
