I have two new starter in the company how do i create portal log in for them so there can create there own tickets?

Hi Bharat,
Please send the following details to the IFS Support mailbox:
- First name
- Last Name
- Email address
- Phone number (if other than company switchboard)
The support team responding to the request will create the accounts and send instructions how to log in to the new users.
Thank you Bharat for sending us the details. I am creating new accounts for new super users. I will send emails with credentials and instructions to the relevant people.
