I have created some sites, service request, work tasks in IFS cloud service management module, want to know how can I fetch them in crystal reports.

I believe you are posting your questions in the incorrect group… This is for the IFS Alliance line of products, not IFS Cloud or FSM. You would be better served or responded to by posting to a different forum such IFS Cloud New Customers:
