History in Mobile Edge

Can we disable the option to search History for Work Order in the Histoy module on Mobile Edge 15.4.8.0 ?

We don’t want our engineer to search on open orders other then for the own orders where they can check the history in the Site Details.

Can we configure to remove “Work Order” from the selection list ?

Please look at this at this MOE to see if it suits you.

If this does not go far enough, then I think you would be looking at a mobile customization.

(that is a while ago we spoke, hope you are well)

Have you tried MOE for History module = -99100

If you switch that off the History module will be disabled (and i think all access to it).

Does that meet your needs?
