Hardware and sofware requirement for V15.4 web browser

A customer is asking us what are the requirements for client using V15.4 web employee browser ? i have the documentation about requirement if the client use the Astea Browser but not for the web 

For 15.4 astea browser usage (advance dispatch console and customization ) is windows 11 supported ?

    Hi Christophe,

    For the Web browser, any of the modern browsers such as MS Edge, Firefox and Chrome will handle the Web employee portal.  However, I also checked the Dispatch Console User Guide - Browser Agnostic.pdf which does give some pre-requisites for 15.4 and the Web DC…

    I don’t really see hardware requirements but seems to me that probably the pre-planning guide is a good guideline when it describes them for the Astea Browser.

    Windows 10 and 11 are supported.

      Hi Christophe,

       

      As long as you have NET Framework 4.7.2  installed on client machine should not be an issue running on windows 11.
