Hi Everyone,

I’m new to the Astea product, and while testing the Alliance Browser Version 15.3, I ran into an error while using the Reprint Invoice module, when I click on the Report option the application crashes.

At first glance to me it seems like a permission issue, but I’d be thankful for an expert opinion and possible fix.

Thanks.

it seems that there is a deficiency in this report. please submit ticket and our team will review it

Hi Pranavan,

Are you seeing this error when selecting other invoices to reprint? I’ve also tested this in V15SP2HF4 and it works fine. Based on your message, it does seem to be an authorisation issue. Try reloading the page and/or clearing the browser cache. Failing that, then I’d suggest logging a support ticket (as also suggested by Leonid.) to have this investigated further.

Ugo

Hi Ugo,

Thank you for your response.

I’ve encounter this same error when trying to reprint other invoices as well, trying to clear browser cache and page reloading did not fix it either.

Hi,

One of the settings you should check is the value of ReportsServer in Configuration Editor on the server.  It must be a correct internal server name or IP address.

Susie
