Hi,

We would like technician not to received a notification every time their inventory is updated. So I have set MOE -10184 to false.

Despite that, technician received a notification for each update.
How can we prevent that ?

Thank you

Laurence

Try turning off SERVER MOE -10136 (set it to a value of 0), then log out/reinitialize/log back in on Mobile and see if that solves the problem.
Thanks,
Reid

Hi Laurence,

Just to be clear, the user has reinitialized his mobile client?  Meaning MOE changes are downloaded when logging in for the first time.

Hi Reid,

Yes, I can confirm the client has been reinitialized.

Hi Laurence,

You are positive the engineer is assigned to the correct configuration pointing to this specific MOE for the clients?  My meaning here is that it is possible to have multiple client-side MOE configurations where some users connect to one and other users connect to another.

Plus, are you referring to the SOUND alerts or the text alerts shown in your screen shot?

Yes, the technician is assigned to the concerned MOE. I’ve checked that already.

I was refering both the sound and text alerts, but it seems setting the server MOE -10136 to 0 I have no notification or sounds anymore. Thank you :D
