Disable Customer Support attachments

Hello Community!!

I need to disable the order attachement button in Customer Support orders in Security Setup.

We need to capture notes for future site reference and Agents are consistently clicking the wrong button.

Hi Kyle,

It looks like the ID for this button is tdMenuBarItemAttach.

Give this a try and see if you can disable it in security setup for the Customer Support module.
