Can I have a custom filter applied every time I open a service order module?

You can follow the following steps and create customized views:

  • Add your filters to relevant fields.

 

Add your Filters

 

  • Click the dropdown icon near ‘Last view’. Give a name to the new view and click the save icon.
Save the view
  • you can see your new view under the views dropdown.
