Hi,

In Alliance 15.4, our customer has very very long checklists, which can be hard to review.

I wonder if there is a way to or collapse or expand sections in a checklist, for mobility as well for back-office ?

Thank you for any suggestions.

Hi Laurence,
On the mobile side we don’t currently have functionality to quickly collapse or expand sections in the checklist (we did add a button to quickly navigate the tech downwards through the list to the next open checklist line). I’m not sure if this functionality exists on the Alliance side.
Thanks,
Reid

Try indenting your sections and using a qualifying question to expose the section.  This would also allow you to bypass a set of questions by answering no to the qualification question.

To further clarify it might look something like this

  • 1 - Do you want to answer subsection 1
  • 1.1 First question
  • 1.2 Second Question
  • 1.3 Third Question
  • 2 - Do you want to answer subsection 2
  • 2.1
  • 2.2
  • etc

Thank you both for your answer.

Adding qualification question is not an option because we do want to answer every question, and checklist is already very long.

The purpose is to help technician to have a better view on sections, because they they don’t fulfill in the list in order.

The  button you’re talking about Reid may be this one but  it doesn’t really fit the need for visibility.
