We are in the process of creating a checklist to allow our technicians to take photos before and after the intervention.
We've developed two checklists, but for mobility, they aren't kept separate; we'd like them to be distinct for the technician.
And another question: How can I rename it so it's more meaningful for the technician?

What checklist type are you using?
Can you try using two different checklist types? Have the first one be a “Pre-Activity” checklist (you can use this checklist to get the mobile technician to capture a photo BEFORE the intervention), then your second checklist type can be a standard “Activity” checklist (and mark the Photo entry on this checklist as Mandatory so that it has to be completed before the tech can complete the activity).
For the second question...you want to change the name or description of an existing checklist? Can you go to the Checklist module in Alliance, retrieve the record and then see if the “Name” and “Description” fields are currently editable? (if those fields are disabled or locked down then check the security settings for your particular user).
