Is there a way to automatically set the order status to resolved after fulfilling all assigned activities without out manually going into resolve tab and ticking the resolved checkbox in astea alliance - v15?

Hi Githmi you can follow these steps.

 

Go to Prompts (Service) module → turn on the Auto-Resolution Policy

In addition, you can also use the Resolve Queue to invoice a batch of resolved orders if you are also looking to auto-invoice.

@Phil Seifert I think in alliance v-15 they have change the options name?

Correct the name was changed but it is the same general principle.  This feature has been there in all versions of Alliance for a long time…  Just need to go to the Prompts (Service).
