When having a part back order created allocation is not happening if having future delivery date.
Is there a module to do the allocation on a daily basis?

Please take a look at the Allocation Batch module which can be used to schedule allocations based on several criteria including Due Period, due date from/to and can be scheduled with parameters for specific allocations (company,, warehouse, etc.)

Also take a look at your settings in the Logistics Settings module (there are values in there you can adjust for enabling Automatic Allocation and also setting the allocation period within a selected number of days of the due date).
