Technicians are not able to send email to customers due to obsolete email address.
I would like to know from where I can change the email address for Mobile outbound emails.
I have updated the new email address in “Miscellaneous I” but still mobile application is using old email address only.

I try from “communication center” also and it is send from new email but when Technicians send email from Astea Mobile emails are sent using old email address.
Hi Firdosh, Run through each of your MOE records and check the setting on MOE -10050 (Sender default e-mail address):
After changing that value, have the mobile technicians log out of the application and then log back in again (that should trigger the download of the newly updated value to the mobile device) and then try it again to see if it solves the issue. Thanks, Reid
