Some alerts are for backoffice, some are for SAs. And some are for both. Any way to filter who gets them?
Or do we use Alerts for SAs and Notes for backoffice?

When you say Alerts, do you mean the Alerts attachments on the customers or service orders?
These would be visible to all users of the backend including SA’s who use the backend.
If you mean whether you can control if the alerts are sent down to the mobile client? Take a look at this MOE:
You may want to take out some of the master data to avoid these alerts downloading to the mobile client.
