After reviewing a customer issue with the browser agnostic version of the Dispatch Console, I found the customer did not read the pre-requisites noted in Dispatch Console User Guide - Browser Agnostic.pdf properly which indicates you must have Alliance Manager Edge installed.

To do this, you will need to run the Alliance Manager Workbench 15.4.0.0 Upgrade.exe that comes with the version 15.4 installation package found in the mobile folders.

If you do not do this, when accessing the Dispatch Console through the browser (Chrome in this case), the screen remains white and you never get to the point you can select the context for the Dispatch Console.
