Here’s my scenario… Technician 1 completes Activity 1 using an incomplete stop code and completes the checklist associated with Activity 1. Technician 1 then reassigns the service call to Technician 2. I need Technician 2 to be able to see the checklist answers from Activity 1. Any suggestions on how to make this happen? We can see them in the web portal, but it would be ideal for the tech to be able to view in Mobile.

This would require a small customization on the mobile side to display this information (currently we give the technicians visibility into the Activities performed by other technicians on the Overview screens at both the order header level and the activity level...but we don’t include the checklist details in those Overview screens at this time...just a Checklist Status line that indicates whether it was passed or failed).
