we want to connect a "real" DMS to our IFS via interface for various reasons. The question came up if this is possible via SOAP or REST. We are using current Apps 10 with update 8. Does anyone know which IFS version is necessary to use the REST?
We do not receive any information on this from IFS.

IFSAPP10 supports RESTful web services since release to market.
You should be able to find plenty of documents related to REST transport connector, RESTful API development/consumption etc. in IFS Foundation1 documentation, which can be found here, as well as in IFS Community.
