our current IFS version is IFS10 UPD12, where to get standard UPD install files and install guidance like UPD13 or UPD14… for practice the installation in test ENV?

As Link has mentioned above, if you need a certain UPD, you need to open a case and request the UPD. Usually, it is preferred to get the highest available UPD at the time.
When you request a UPD, we prepare a package consisting of the requested UPD after analyzing its impact on your code base to see if there are any conflicts with customizations and localizations. Each UPD package is unique to the customer installation it is created against, so there is no central repository of some sort where you can download UPDs.
Once we deliver the UPD, you can install it in a non-production environment for testing and then install in production. Installation documents containing all the instructions are included in the delivery package.

thanks for the info, we already have raised a case for UPD.
before we received the UPDs, can you share a sample of UPD(I think any upd that newer than IFS10 UPD 12 is fine) install guidance document for us study, then we can know any install knowledge we need further to learn.

As I mentioned previously, a UPD package is created for a specific customer installation. Therefore, we cannot provide a sample UPD. Installation Instruction document is also specific to that particular delivery and contains information about the delivery content and deployment information.
If you have already opened a case, then maybe you can ask the UPD team if they have any generic documentation they can provide in advance. Otherwise, you would have to wait for the UPD delivery.
