There is a macro running when u activate that button. Have you enabled debug?

Can u open *.hew/*.hewx file from your local machine?

if not install IFS ISD & try again.

No I haven’t enabled the debug.

No I can’t open .hew/.hewx files from my local machine, guess I’ll install the ISD and see that :)

Installing the ISD didn’t make any difference.
But when I click on the “Update Summary” command, I am getting the below
 

This can be related to Net Access provider version issue. Please follow the instructions I have given & let me know that will fix the issue.

You need to install the IFS COM Access Provider (IFS COM Access Provider.msi) available in the source codes of the App8 version on your computer.
