Upgrade steps from lower on prem installation and deliver to IFS CLOUD Use place

Hello, 

Is it illustrated somewhere, the standard process of upgrade on for example example IFS 7.5 on prem version to IFS CLOUD managed cloud, including the steps of deliver the upgraded database to IFS Cloud Use Place which should be used via SNOW?
