Single patch for GlobalExtensions?

I have a customer running IFS10 UPD13 who needs to the changes for Polish eInvoice released in GlobalExtension UPD21.
They don’t want to install the full UPD21 right now. 
Is it possible to get a single patch for the Polish eInvoice?

@NovJohanL Providing a correction through a Single Patch is not a straight forward process. There are number of parameters to consider. The solution you mentioned seems to be connected to some other corrections as well. Therefore a proper analysis has to be carried out. However the recommendation is always to go for the UPD.

Consider reporting a case to IFS.
