Recently a manufacture retired their manufacture no (#) and it needs to be updated on over 900 IFS Part No(#)’s.
Is there a way of doing a mass update on the Part Master Data> Master Part> Part Manufacture>Maunufature Part Numbers screen or another area in IFS?

You can use Data Migration for this. Since you haven’t specified an application version, putting the IFSAPP10 documentation link here:
As per my knowledge following steps should do the trick.
If you are unfamiliar with the IFS Data Migration concept, it would be best to either get some training first or request help from a consultant as this would alter the data in the database and could lead to issues if not done correctly.
