Lock bookmark bar

We run 2023R2 and would like to “lock” the bookmark bar so that it is always “open”, it that possible? Now it “closes” when moving between pages and must be re-opened

Bookmark panel behavior has changed from 24R2 & now it will not close soon after selecting any entry at expanded mode
