Hello All, We are currently in the process of upgrading from 23.1.11 to 24.2.0 through the Release Update Studio. We successfully uplifted the customizations, and the creation of the topic environment and the sanity build were both successful. However, the delivery creation failed due to errors in the standard objects.We have checked the log file and could see that there are numerous errors related to deploying standard core views/packages, even though the customizations have not impacted this area. We tried to deploy one of the errored standard API from Developer Studio by connecting to DEL env, and it got successfully deployed to database without any error (refer screenshot).Interestingly, the creation of TOPIC environments from the Release Update Studio was successful, and the sanity build performed just before the failed delivery creation also succeeded. Therefore, the delivery creation should have been successful, as it theoretically uses the same code from the repository.We are a

Our initial install for IFS cloud completed without error, but our URL is not reachable. When checking our Kubernetes pods I see that our application pod had this event….Warning  FailedMount  4m24s (x500 over 16h)  kubelet  MountVolume.SetUp failed for volume "secrets" : secret "ifsmtxapp-password" not found Has anyone had this type of error? Know how to fix it?

We have IFS Cloud 24R1and we experience that some users loose the personal bookmarks. It also seems to happen several times for a few persons, while others are untouched. Does anyone else experience this and know why this happen and what is causing this?   

We are unable to install the middleware due to the following error  Error: looks like "https://ifscloud.jfrog.io/artifactory/helm" is not a valid chart repository or cannot be reached: failed to fetch https://ifscloud.jfrog.io/artifactory/helm/index.yaml : 403Execution failed: Create Priority Class in default namespace unsuccessful.  It appears that the username or credentials for the Runtime Repository might be incorrect. Could you please provide the steps to regenerate or unlock the Runtime Repository username and password from lifecycle portal?

Hi! We have experienced problems with the Share pool getting full. The common dominatiore seems to be that this has happened short time after installation. (3 times). This results in tens of thousans of queries stakking up in share pool memory until full ending up with users cant log on.The two last time we experienced this was in the middle of the night with very limited users (if any) in the system. We are wondering if the installation it self or the configuration of screens after installation could cause this issue. Hello,As we began applying the Release Update 24R2, we noticed that a new component, WRKTSK, has been introduced as part of this release. Several APIs (entities, utilities, and enumerations) have been moved from the existing WO component to WRKTSK.We have customized approximately 30 APIs from this list, and now we need to uplift these APIs from WO to WRKTSK. Could you please advise on the best approach to carry out this task?While using the Impact Analyzer tool, we noticed that the results don't provide sufficient comparison details (screenshot attached for reference).Additionally, we are unable to find a way to download all the core files of 24R2 to analyze how the WRKTSK files have impacted our customizations.Has anybody experienced similiar issues? Any help would be greatly appriciated.

We have purchased some LTU licenses and I have uploaded these permission sets into our IFS Cloud environment.  Can anyone tell me if I need to get an updated version of these LTU permission sets for Service Updates?  I am aware I need to ask for updated permission set for Release Updates, but unsure if I need to do the same for Service Updates.  If it is dependent on if the Service Update affects that particular area the LTU covers, is there an easy way to check to identify this?  

HiIn Aurena, is it possible to make a field change colour based on content. We are simply trying to replicate Sticky Notes, which have disappeared in the Cloud, by creating a custom filed, then populating with data from our Apps9 db as part of the upgrade we are undertaking, and highlighting the field in Yellow if it has content.Thanks in advance, Tim

I need to upgrade oracle database from 11.2.0.1 to 19CStep 2. After completed upgrade database i will prepare buildhome, script yaml file.Step 3. After all script completed i have run “.\installer.cmd --values c:\exampletmp\config\ifscloud-values.yaml --values .\solutionset.yaml” command. Remark :  - I'm not sure if the middle-tire server needs to be prepared somescript or not.                  - Can i upgrade IFS 8 to IFS Cloud(1 STEP) or i need to upgrade to IFS 10 then up to IFS Cloud(2 STEP)

We have a customer planning to go-Live on 24 R2 in January 2026. I understand that customer can be 3 release versions behind.  By the rime 26R1 come out the customer will be 3 versions behind and they are asking whether they are obliged to 26R1 straight away or are they in breach only when 26R2 comes out? can they hold off the deployment for 26R1 after its release date? 

Hi All,If I remember correctly , IFS recommendation is to be in the LATEST Release Update during the implementation phase and get a release update every 12 months after go live.Could anyone let me know the formal ifs link which explains this? I am pretty sure I have seen this but cannot remember where I saw it.

Hi,Has anyone found a way to convert saved searches in IEE client to Aurena Client/IFS Cloud?We are currently working on upgrading IFS 10 UPD 22 version to IFS Cloud.Users are heavily relying on saved searches to manage their daily tasks. At present, there are over 5,000 saved searches across both Base and personal profiles. After the Go-Live, users will undoubtedly be disappointed to find that their saved searches are missing in IFS Cloud.It is surprising that IFS has entirely overlooked upgrading saved searches into IFS Cloud.This topic has been discussed about two years ago, IFS IEE to Aurena Saved Searches | IFS CommunityI'm re-posting this topic to see if anyone has found a workaround for this issue over the past couple of years. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could shed some light on this matter. Thanks,Thilochana
