When installing IFS75 client on Windows 10, it is telling me I need to install Microsoft Windows .net framework 3.5 or higher. I’m not sure why, I have never been prompted for this before, I have never had to install the .net framework before. When I try installing the windows .net framework, I used version 4.5 and I’m told I already have a higher version installed.(?) Any clue?

Normally, windows 10 already have .net framework, and it might be the problem to open ifs using chrome or edge. And you can enable internet explorer mode on microsoft edge.
