I am getting the following error in APPS10 setup, Configured the third party certificate.
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.
IFS10 SSL Issue : Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server.

it’s quite likely that the URL is not signed correctly to match the name that the certificate is issued to. Have you cross verified this?
