Are there any tools we can use to analyze the impact of upgrading from Apps 10 to IFS Cloud? Is it still possible to use IFS Update Analyzer? We need to identify what kind of impact the upgrade will have on our customizations and custom configurations.

You could use the following 2 tools to analyze configurations and lobbies after the first upgrade iteration onwards to check the impact of any future updates to the baseline.

The Update Analyzer tool cannot be used for "interface impact analysis" when upgrading from pre–IFS Cloud version to an IFS Cloud version.
In this case, since the upgrade is from APPS10 to Cloud this tool can be used.
Note:
- Pre–IFS Cloud version to an IFS Cloud version means, when updating from a cloud version to another cloud version. Refer to the following scenarios for more information.
- RU in Cloud -> new RU in Cloud.
- SU in Cloud in the same RU -> new SU in the Cloud in same RU.
- But "layer impact analysis" can be done.
- To do that both ("interface impact analysis", "layer impact analysis"), Apps 10 code and IFS Cloud code have to be in component structure. Please refer to the following document.
