Hi @MGDMONALI,

In IFS Cloud 25R1, it is not possible to centrally configure a lobby page as the default landing page for all new users in standard functionality. By design, users are directed to the IFS Home (dashboard) upon login, which is a personalized space where content such as lobby widgets can be added individually.

While administrators can assign relevant lobby pages and elements through permission sets, this only ensures availability of the lobby content and does not enforce it as the default view. Therefore, the typical approach is to guide users during onboarding to configure their IFS Home with the required lobby elements, as the platform intentionally relies on user-level personalization rather than system-enforced default landing pages.

Steps
------------

1. Go to the lobby that needs to be set as the start page, and then click Account Settings.
2. Select the Start Page option and set the Current Page as the start page.
3. Once logged in again, or after refreshing the application, the lobby will be set as the start page.
4. To apply this for other users, go to the profile of the user currently logged in, navigate to the folder User/General/ifsweb, and export the mainHomePage value as shown in the video.
5. For the users who need to have this lobby set as their start page, locate the relevant user profiles and import it into the same location.
