My topic stands in the context of a migration project from APPS7.5 to IFS Cloud 23r2.
It seems that module "Support Center" that was part of the APPS7.5 solution no longer exists in IFS Cloud.
What the replacement module in IFS Cloud ?
Do the core upgrade scripts handle this module (at first from 7.5 to APPS10, at second from APPS10 to IFS Cloud) ?
