Hello! Thank you for your questions. The following is a response to all of your questions.

1a. Current release schedule is twice a year; Q2 and Q4. In addition, we do maintenance releases as needed.

2a. Release and maintenance notes can be found on the OmniByte Knowledge base here: Release and Maintenance Notes - OmniByte Self-Help

3a. The release notes are published with the release. In addition, there is a customer newsletter called NewsPro you can subscribe to which will provide release notes and information in advance of the release. Here is a link to subscribe: https://help.omnibyte.com/knowledge/newspro

4a.New releases/updates are scheduled with your implementation partner or with OmniByte. The upgrades and updates are typically scheduled with the customer during the customer’s non-business hours. Post the upgrade or updates, the technicians may need to do an update on their devices to receive the most recent version.

5a. Please plan about 5-7 days in order to coordinate schedules and work with you on the dates and timing.

6a. Yes, the releases / updates are accumulated.

7a. At this time there are no SU or version dependencies that we have for IFS-Cloud.

Thanks again!
