FSM Overview - No data shown after upgrade

HI

On Abbot (test environment ) I changed the mobile version from u6 to u17. The data on the Overview screen does now seem to be blank ( even using the default Field Service design ). Can you think why this would be. Any actions that normally have to happen on a big upgrade jump?

Note : Smart client is still on the old version - R6 U6. Maybe that is an issue?

Hi David,

As you’ve already guessed, I too highly suspect the discrepancy of versions could be the culprit here. As there are many changes between versions, it is always recommended to keep all the components in the same platform to avoid such issues.
