Getting error while logging into IFS Aurena

Best answer by infvenkap

We faced the issue in non-prod environment only in Aurena after the fresh installation and it was due to build and when we did the installation of the application with another build the issue was resolved.

There was a bug in the code level of Aurena part of the build

Hi @infvenkap

are all users affected?

If not did you check the permission sets?

If all users are affected, then you may create an case for further investigation.

Hi,

Add this Projection to your Permission set and test again.

We found the issue. “Granted for..” was missing by the email claim.

Go to Azure Admin Center, App registrations, click on the registration you created for IFS, then API permissions.

you may only see User,Read, click on the words Microsoft Graph, check email under OpenId permissions

Grant admin consent.
