Not able to view document in one entity out of multiple entities.
Error: Entity Instance not found.
Is there any setting entity wise in document management.
PS: Issue occurred after IFS10 upgrade.

Hi,
In that message you will see the keys of the file stored in IFS. Make note of them and, using some SQL tool, query against the edm_file_storage_tab, using those keys. See if there exist such a record or not. Also, do the same query but leave out doc_type and file_no, and see how many records you get. There has been problems in the past, where IFS has used the wrong value for the doc_type value, when querying. If that is the case here, please report a case to our support with as much information as you can.
