Our company is on APPS 9 and has recently announced we are transitioning to APPS 10, we have customized APPS 9 extensively. How customizable is APPS 10?

In 2025 IFS APPS 10 will be end of support.

In APPS 10 you have the IEE and Aurena Client.
The IEE is exactly the same Client like APPS 9 regarding customizations.
Lobbys, Custom Objects, IALs, Reports, Information Sources ...

Business decision, our business has developed extensive custom fields and objects and we have been informed that customization for APS 10 is not possible. I am looking to confirm or affirm that claim.

I completely understand this approach.
That isn’t true. Of course you can create custom objects in IFS APPS 10 and it is like IFS APPS 9.
Do you want to use Aurena Client as well? The approach is different from IEE.
IFS APPS 10 support does not end in 2025.
Apps10 standard support ends March 2025.
Apps10 extended support ends March 2028 - support costs escalate 25% first year, 50% second year, 100% third year.
