Hi

If I have a contract without any Std Arrival defined.

Is there a way to have on a service order (for this contract) a ETA Contractual date defined ?
(of course not based on the contract but another setting in the application : Prompts ? Workflow ? Customer ? Node ?)

Thanks and Regards

anthony

Hi Anthony,

I would have to review this but there are some settings in workflow (prompts) but not standard arrival.

Here we have callback time and response time but not arrival time for non-contractual defaults.  For this, I might consider using the Exceptions page in the contract and choose an SLA based on the request type you use with the service order.
