During a shop order process, I want to track all my work in progress (WIP) materials through separate locations during a shop order process. Once I issue the component material against a shop order, before starting the operation or in the mid of any operation I want to track the location of that WIP material. Is it possible in IFS Apps9 through a work around solution?

Work in progress (WIP) materials are not an inventory so you can’t store it in locations. But you can track this in the shop order the quantity pending for complete means the WIP in the work center location.
