Remove/Hide Inactive Parts in Inventory Queries

Surely you can filter on the part status, but if you would like that they do not show up in the inventory part menu at all then you will likely need to ask IFS to modify the menu’s display conditions. (Customization)

Hi Abaraban,

If you meant Stock related and count reports by Inventory queries, You can use Cleanup of Inventory functionality clear the  location records created for the inventory parts, which have a zero quantity on-hand and are not frozen. This will remove all the zero quantity records from the system.

And if you referred to quick reports, then you need to check the Part Status as Julian mentioned above.
