Question

Disable Adhoc Reports Button in Report Screen

Forum|alt.badge.img+6

Dears,

Can we disable/hide the Adhoc Report button on Reports Screen.

Reports Screen is a baseline Function. So, we can’t modify or customize it.

Thanks & regards,

Narsing

Hi Narsing,

did you try to create a copy of the screen inside the UI designer and then remove the button/function? Afterwards you have to add the custom screen to your user roles.

Best regards
Roman

Oh, you are right. This screen can’t be modified and isn’t available in the UI designer.

I found the following information in the FSM release notes:

Which version of FSM are you running? You may want to update if you are below U19.

Best regards
Roman

Dear @roklde ,

Current Application version: 6.25

In Report Screen, the end user should not see this Adhoc Report button in Report Screen Header from web client.

Thanks & Regards,

Narsing

 Hi @Narsing Rao !

now I understand - you were talking about the web client! Have you tried to disable the function ADHOCREPORT inside the user role? However, I suppose that won’t remove the button from the Reports screen.

Best regards
Roman
